A pôchouse on the shores of Lake Geneva on a Saturday evening in July. That’s what we’re cooking up for you with the  Lausanne sur Mer (by the sea) team and La Guinguette. The perfect recipe for a moment of conviviality and sharing, in all its simplicity. 

What is pôchouse, you ask? It’s a fish soup… from the lake, of course. 

Lausanne sur Mer is a summer program put on by the Fondation pour l’Animation Socioculturelle Lausannoise (Fondation pour l’animation socioculturelle lausannoise – FASL), offering a multitude of free sporting activities and nautical introductory experiences at the Pyramides de Vidy.
