Discover Presidi Slow Food products through an exceptional culinary workshop. Amazing roasted corn farina bona, incredible alpine sbrinz, delicious honey from precious black bees, tasty hand-picked and dried prunes from the tabular Jura, rare Simplon sourdough rye bread and traditional Vaudois walnut oil are all part of this three-course menu, which you’ll cook and enjoy afterwards.

For those who wish to accompany this menu with wine, some of the lesser-known grape varieties supported by Slow Food are available for tasting.
