You were very enthusiastic to see the Tables Éphémères back on the program for 2023. For this edition, grab your passports and we’ll take you outside the city limits, to meet the surrounding communes.

The program features four tables representing the four cardinal points of the city of Lausanne, and four chefs who will treat you to a menu imagined for the occasion: to the south near Lake Geneva, to the east with our friends from Pulliéran, to the west with the Renanais-es, and finally, to the north in the commune of Mont-sur-Lausanne. Try your luck at one of these unique and timeless tablées.

Heading east, the three partners of La Générale await you in an idyllic setting among the vineyards, in the town capital. Try your chance to taste their menu specially designed for the occasion accompanied by wines from the estates of the town of Pully.

South – Olympic MuseumJuly 3rd

Pascal Beaud’huin and his brigade await you in the gardens of the Olympic Museum on the banks of Lake Geneva for a moment of conviviality with a breathtaking view. On the program, a seasonal menu and a visit to this unique place dotted with sculptures by great contemporary artists. You will not fail to pass in front of the statue of Baron de Coubertin and his famous motto “Citius, Altius, Fortius – Communiter”

Fabien Pairon from Auberge Communale du Mont-sur-Lausanne.

Fabien Pairon, the Meilleur ouvrier de France charcutier at the head of the Auberge Communale du Mont-sur-Lausanne, will delight the guests. He will concoct a menu tinged with a passion for local gastronomy, a little farmhouse, a little charcuterie and above all imbued with a love for sharing and conviviality. The table will be set in one of the orchards of the Henny family farm for a rural moment among the fruit trees above the city.

Emilie Bourquin from Perilla Café.

Emilie Bourquin will take you on a journey through Japan with her cuisine imbued with inspiration from the land of the rising sun. She will take up residence in the Renens Performance Hall, for a delicious evening in the heart of a Rennes institution. Prepare yourself for a moment of culinary and behind-the-scenes discoveries at this historic theater whose construction was completed in 1955. You will be guided between the dressing room and the stage by the director of the premises.
